Each person is different, as are their goals, but, with our systematic and progressive training programme, we can cater for all requirements. He puts in a lot of time to work with his clients to create realistic individualised plans that take account of goals, lifestyles, health and other activities. "I have been a personal training client of Paul for the last 7 years and I am now his oldest client at 70 years old. Paul has been a true professional throughout the Covid lock-down; always ensuring that the restrictions have been adhered to.
